Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns on unworn, non-customized items within 30 days of delivery. Please note that for hygiene reasons, certain earrings may be subject to inspection.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code.

  Prepare Package

  Place the item in its original packaging including all certificates and tags.

• 3.
  Affix Label

  Print and attach the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 days.
